The details:

A deposit is required to confirm dates and will be required at the time of booking.
Payment can be made by Direct Deposit or EFTPOS.  Credit card details required as security.
Owners have the right to cancel a booking if the deposit is not received within 7 days of booking.

Cancellations:

Cancellation Policy:  Booking can be transferred to another date – within 3 months of original booking
If booking is cancelled within 7 days of intended stay, deposit is non-refundable.
Deposit will be forfeited if non-arrival on due date.
